Tennessee DECA relies on the support of business volunteers each day who serve and become role models to future leaders. There are many ways you can get involved. Here are some areas where we need help:
BECOME A CORPORATE SPONSOR

BECOME A CONFERENCE JUDGE
Tennessee DECA relies heavily on business professionals to judge district, state, and international career development conferences. This is a great way to get involved one-on-one with members. Interested? You can sign up to be a judge here.
Tennessee DECA chapters finance most of their activities through fundraisers or sales projects. Most chapters use the fundraising activity as a learning experience. Students often work in teams to selecting products or services for their sales project. The students work with their advisor to identify individual responsibility and reporting on results. Chapters are continuously searching for new and innovative fundraising programs. Tennessee DECA is a great market for businesses that seek to offer fundraising programs in high schools. COMPETITIVE EVENT SPONSORSHIP
DECA's Competitive Events Program is recognized by all 50 state departments of education and the US Department of Education as a highly effective tool to connect the classroom and business world. The competitive events are designed to simulate business situations and utilize a number of different formats including written business plans, case studies, marketing research projects, and industry specific role-plays.
